We are looking for a Second Chef to join our talented team at The Portland Inn in Gurnard to work with our Head Chef. This role is key in our growing kitchen team, working with the Head Chef to build the menu including weekly specials, responsible for service, stock ordering when covering the Head Chef on weekly rota and holiday times
Experience to good standard required with references and a proven track record
Salary will be dependant on experience
