OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be supervising kitchen staff and managing the overall operations of the kitchen. 5 over 7 role although no late evenings late shift ends at 8pm and rotation for weekends off.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a contract catering environment.
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
