JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical and building systems, ensuring safe and efficient performance of all equipment.

EXPERIENCE

• Valid [ 3rd / 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certificate (as applicable, issued by TSSA or equivalent)

  Pay: $42.58-$45.65 per hour

• Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor system controls and alarms; respond to emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with repairs and troubleshooting when needed.
