As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our diverse customer base. This is a hybrid position that blends the convenience of working from home with the excitement of face-to-face interaction during on-site visits. You’ll ensure our clients’ IT systems run smoothly while delivering a top-notch service experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues remotely and on-site.
  • System Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve incidents, escalate complex issues when necessary, and implement solutions to enhance IT infrastructure.
  • Client Engagement: Travel to customer sites across London to provide hands-on support and build strong client relationships.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions, and technical documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the 1st and 3rd line support teams to deliver a seamless service experience.
