JOB SUMMARY

We seek a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Line IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT infrastructure.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a 2nd line support role, preferably within an MSP or Cyber Security environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and server management.
  • Familiarity with cyber security principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service will be beneficial in providing a positive user experience.

  • Provide 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and server problems.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain systems and networks to ensure optimum performance.
  • Contribute to the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Resolving technical issues encountered by users, both remotely and on-site.
