Hours: 3:05pm -11:35pm What You’ll Do: Perform daily cleaning in both office and manufacturing environments. Empty trash and recycling bins Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust. High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Reliable transportation to and from work each day. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Marijuana testing is included in the drug screening process. Client does not accept medical marijuana exemption cards. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, twist, and reach throughout an entire 8-hour shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds overhead and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance. Ability to work on feet for extended periods on concrete and industrial flooring surfaces. Ability to climb stairs and ladders when necessary. Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions involving arms, shoulders, wrists, and hands. Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions within manufacturing facilities. Work Environment: Work is performed in both office and active manufacturing environments. Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, machinery, and industrial equipment. Must be comfortable working around forklifts, production equipment, and moving machinery while following all safety protocols. May be required to work in locker rooms, restrooms, break rooms, warehouses, production floors, and exterior grounds. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required and will be provided as necessary. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assigned work within designated timeframes. Positive attitude and willingness to assist team members when needed. Strong attendance record and dependability. Equipment Operation: Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, mops, and other janitorial tools. Willingness to be trained on and operate motorized golf carts, tractors, utility vehicles, or Gators when required. Must follow all company and client safety procedures when operating equipment. Safety Requirements: Must comply with all OSHA, client, and company safety policies. Must immediately report safety hazards, accidents, injuries, or damaged equipment. Must wear required PPE and maintain safe work practices at all times. Attendance Expectations: Regular and predictable attendance is essential. Must be punctual and ready to begin work at the scheduled start time. Ability to work overtime, weekends, or additional hours as needed to meet client requirements.
