Role Responsibility The Production Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and processes to support the production of high-quality materials. This role ensures adherence to established procedures, safety standards, and environmental requirements while maintaining consistent production output and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment including mixers, blenders, mills, furnaces, dryers, and material handling equipment in accordance with established procedures Follow all safety protocols, environmental requirements, and PPE standards to ensure a safe working environment Read and interpret production instructions, work orders, and reports to execute daily production activities accurately Monitor processes and equipment to maintain product quality, consistency, and operational efficiency Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements Support team operations by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to attendance and operational expectations Required Qualifications Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, procedures, and basic documentation Ability to perform physically demanding work including standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and continuous movement during shifts Ability to work safely in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, fumes, and non-temperature-controlled conditions Ability to follow safety requirements, including use of required PPE and participation in medical monitoring programs as applicable Strong reliability and adherence to procedures and attendance expectations Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment Experience operating industrial equipment or material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Vibrantz is committed to protecting your privacy.
