About the role We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team on our 2nd Shift Mon - Fri 3:30PM - 12:00AM. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our rigorous standards. This position is essential to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing. What you'll do Edit Programs and set up HAAS CNC Lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements. Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist. Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques. Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls and blueprint reading. Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
