Description
The Co-Pack II Operator is responsible for safely operating and monitoring robotic palletizing equipment to ensure consistent production flow. This position includes clearing jams, moving pallets to and from the system, staging product for the wrapper, and managing two palletizer stations simultaneously. The operator will play a key role in maintaining uptime, safety, and quality in the palletizing area.   Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education Forklift Experience, 2- years minimum. Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. 3 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment. Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time.  Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor palletizing robots to maintain efficient and accurate pallet builds. Identify, troubleshoot, and clear jams or stoppages promptly to minimize downtime. Move pallets in and out of the system and prepare them for wrapping. Operate and monitor stretch wrapping equipment to ensure secure, quality wrapping. Manage two palletizer positions concurrently, maintaining workflow and balance. Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments on automation equipment. Escalate equipment or system issues to maintenance and leadership as needed. Complete production and downtime reporting as required. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.   Schedule: Monday to Thursday (OT as needed) Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour   Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (Options available) 401k with matching program STD & LTD Friendly and Open Door Culture   Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education Forklift Experience, 2- years minimum.
