We are currently hiring 2nd Shift Field Support team members to support our Oshkosh service area. This role is ideal for someone with a caregiving or healthcare background who thrives during afternoon and evening hours and enjoys being a trusted support for caregivers and clients. Position Overview The Field Support role is a hands-on, relationship-driven position that plays a vital role during some of our busiest and most critical hours. You will provide in-the-field support, respond to urgent needs, and help ensure continuity and quality of care throughout the evening. This position blends leadership, problem-solving, and compassion—and is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful work.
