Description Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Pay: $24.50/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential We are seeking a reliable and hands-on 2nd Shift Floor Lead to support our manufacturing operations. This role functions as a working lead on the production floor, ensuring employees across departments have the support they need to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Responsibilities include: Overseeing floor activities and providing guidance to team members. Acting as the first point of contact for production questions and issues. Monitoring workflow and coordinating resources to meet schedules. Communicating between shifts to ensure continuity. Supporting quality and safety standards. Requirements Qualifications: 3–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience required. 1-2 years Leadership or team lead experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Pay Note: If your current wage is higher than the posted base rate for this role, your pay will remain the same and a $1.50/hr differential will be applied.
