Job Details Job Location: WAF - Manitowoc, WI Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Foundry Pourer 2nd shift At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF), we’ve been mastering the art of metal casting for more than 116 years. Every pour, every mold, and every finished part tells a story of precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Pourer to join our 2nd shift foundry team and help carry on that tradition. As a Pourer, you’ll be at the very heart of our operation where molten aluminum becomes something greater. You’ll work with skill and focus to pour metal into molds that will eventually take shape as parts used in industries around the world. This is fast-paced, hands-on work that demands attention to detail, teamwork, and pride in what you create. This is a full-time, second-shift position running Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The starting wage is $24.95 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift premium. You’ll be part of a team that values safety, communication, and craftsmanship in every step of the process.
