Description
* GENERAL PURPOSE Operate and maintain line equipment for the product runs that meet established production standards needed for maximum efficiency and quality standards.   JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station · Maintain equipment in full operational status by making adjustments to equipment · Ensure operation of equipment by troubleshooting malfunctions and notifying the proper individuals when needed for preventative maintenance or issues needing attention · Maintain quality by observing operations and adjusting with speed controls and troubleshooting · Maintain and clean equipment according to guidelines and expectations · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues · Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements · The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
