Group Leader – Job Description Primary Job Function: Will lead plant assigned team members and support a system emphasizing teamwork, safety, and quality. Primary Responsibilities and Requirements: 1. Must have good leadership skills. 2. Must be willing to travel. 3. Must be willing to work overtime. 4. Must be willing to cross-train for leading other plant support departments. 5. Must be willing to train and pass certification for forklift, tugger and truck usage. 6. Must be willing to train and pass certification for RCRA and DOT hazardous waste requirements. 7. Must be willing to train and use future 3 system Minimum Qualifications: Must be willing to work any shift Must have proficient computer skills and be willing to take skills test. * Education: High School diploma or GED * Experience: 1-3 years experience in production environment. * * Language Skills: English, both written and verbal. * Computer/Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Required * Abilities * Self-starter with strong work ethic. * Good problem solving and analytical skills. * Flexibility in a changing environment. * Perseverance to lead projects to completion * Strong organizational skills and capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
