HELP DESK TECHNICIAN (TEMPORARY)

We are hiring a Temporary Help Desk Technician to support IT operations for law enforcement staff. This is a long-term temporary position with consistent weekly hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have prior IT support experience
• Must be familiar with Windows, Linux, networking, and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Office apps, and LAN/firewall problems
• Document support tickets accurately
• Perform routine system maintenance
• Escalate complex issues as needed
