Description POSITION SUMMARY: Operate, perform routine preventative maintenance, load programs, trouble shoot, and facilitate material loading and unloading in the laser cells. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean scrap trays at prescribed intervals. Maintain slat cleanliness. Read and understand blueprints and part specifications. Load/Unload tables and vault, stage containers and tag loads for next operations. Maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and hazard-free work area, promoting safety. Adhere to all Wayne Metals, LLC safety rules. Performs other tasks as required by manager. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Experience running a laser in a production environment preferred Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Capable of interpreting drawings and specifications Knowledge of SPC and part inspection methods Ability to lift up to 40lbs Computer literate Concise verbal and written communication Fork truck operation Overhead crane operation Conform to all Wayne Metals, LLC environmental policies, programs, and procedures
