Work hours are: 4pm to 3am - Monday to Thursday Your responsibilities will include Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce unplanned downtime and increase equipment reliability. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to prioritize and plan maintenance activities. Process Improvement & Optimization: Ensure that all safety rules and LOTO procedures during maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, plant policies, and industry standards. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment. Lead incident investigations related to maintenance activities, identifying corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, including downtime analysis, cost tracking, and equipment reliability metrics. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement according to WCM Methodology. Training and supervision of the team on maintenance procedures, failure detection, inspection criteria, repair methods and safety practices. Monitor skill levels of the team members and assign tasks based on their capabilities. High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment such as assembly lines and stamping presses 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of maintenance personnel Bachelor's degree in Engineering Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable strategies Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others Experience with PLC programming, (Allen-Bradley), industrial controls, HMI/SCADA development, industrial networks, and instrumentation Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
