Description

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to SWEDGING - Use soldering iron to lay down a bed of solder on top of windings * Operate any equipment in respective production line to keep work flowing * Pull parts as needed for job * Fill in for absentees when required * Work overtime as needed * Keep area neat and clean Job Prerequisites * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications * Knowledge of or the ability to learn various measuring devices * Ability to learn various pieces of equipment * Good attendance record * Production experience a plus Education Requirements * High school diploma or GED Physical/Mental Requirements * Full body movement/good eyesight * Able to stand for full shift * Good hand eye coordination * Constant alertness * Exposure to some odors * Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility includes using a soldering iron for swedging and operating equipment on the production line. Additional duties involve pulling parts, filling in for absentees, and maintaining a clean work area.
