About the Role: The Material Handler will assist loading/unloading the laser, as well as moving materials to and from the Fab Shop. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operating a forklift safely to transport materials and/or product within the facility (from / to the fab shop, paint department, production lines and warehouse). Loading/unloading materials onto/off the laser. Handle materials with care to prevent damage to items being transported to any surrounding property (machinery, racks, support beams, etc.) Inventory management - keep accurate records of inventory movement (receipts/transfers) within each department. Equipment maintenance - perform daily equipment checks, reporting any mechanical issues or problems to your supervisor. Safety compliance - adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents, damage to property, and injuries to yourself or others. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and good communication skills Must be able to read, write and understand English Minimum of 3 years' experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment You Receive More Than Compensation: Weekly pay Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Short-and-Long-Term Disability Insurance 401K with company match Safety shoe and safety glasses allowance (after 90 days of employment)
