Position: 2nd Shift Mold Operator Job Summary The mold operator coordinates all functions of molding products into final configuration and orientation. Pay: $22.00 hour Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 1:00am Responsibilities * Processes finish product * Molds logs * Operate forklift * Weights, cuts, shape product into appropriate orientation for shipping final product. * Performs minor equipment maintenance. * Performs related tasks with computer software. * Assists with loading boxes * Assists with pallet stacking * Supply grind bags to proper sources. * Assess quality of finish product. * Maintains accurate inventory of logs. * Performs routine housekeeping as required. * Assist in related department activities and perform related duties, as required. * Routinely performs overtime without extended notice. Qualifications * Must have a valid driver's license and forklift certification. * Comprehensive knowledge of product production * Excellent math and reading skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work productivity with minimum supervision * Strong interpersonal skills * Have appropriate computer software knowledge Physical Demands * Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity. * Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
