Description Primary duties and responsibilities include: Primary helper on at least one line with ability to nest, stack and package material coming off of the line Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines Transport raw materials from one place to another Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required Trains other employees in basic labor functions Operates equipment under strict safety requirements Properly fill out coil tags, ensuring footage is correct to aid with inventory Check finished goods for quality, width, and length Requirements Physical Requirements: Lift up to 75 lbs. and push heavy materials around the plant Ability to stand for up to 4 hours with constant walking and pivoting on hard concrete surface in a variety of temperatures
