Description 2nd Shift Production Lead Seeking a hands-on Production Lead to oversee second-shift production operations. This leadership role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate rotary equipment while ensuring production, quality, and safety goals are met. Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Lead Location: La Vista, NE Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with some Fridays or Saturdays as needed Hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Pay: $21.50 per hour Responsibilities: Lead and support production team members Operate and monitor rotary equipment Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met Maintain a safe work environment Complete production documentation and reports Troubleshoot equipment and production issues Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude required Previous manufacturing leadership experience preferred Ability to safely operate production equipment Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Fluent English communication skills Benefits: Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with generous company matching Apply online or in person today!
