PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

The Production Supervisor leads department personnel, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and housekeeping expectations. This role demands hands-on oversight of daily operations and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent education, experience, and training
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

• Directly supervises all departmental staff and operational activities
• Maintains expert-level knowledge of all equipment and processes
• Trains, mentors, evaluates, and reviews employees to meet ISO and safety compliance
• Enforces company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Prepares and shares plant status updates with incoming shift Supervisors and Area Managers
• Identifies and resolves production-related issues swiftly
• Performs additional duties as assigned
