Production Supervisor Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in New Brunswick, NJ. Schedule: This position is Monday - Friday. Start time is 2:00 PM until 11:30 PM. Compensation: The salary for this position is $62,000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors. Responsibilities include: * Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment * Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people * Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department * Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies * Approving weekly department payroll Required Skills: * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred * 2+ years of supervisory experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people * Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook * Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver Visit us at www.unitex.com/careers to see us in action and to apply.
