Requirements What You’ll Do Lead, train, and support production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Plan, assign, and direct daily work to meet production goals and quality standards. Oversee plant performance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Collaborate closely with fellow supervisors and production teams to meet customer and production requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Perform additional duties as needed to support plant success. What You Bring 3–5 years of experience supervising production employees. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid computer literacy. Experience in the steel industry preferred. Familiarity with IATF, ISO 14001, and ISO 16949 is a plus. EEO Job Type: Full-Time
