We are seeking an experienced Shop Manager for our most important shift of 2nd Shift. We are seeking someone either at a Sr Diesel Mechanic Level who is seeking to step up and manage or an existing Shop Manager looking for a fabulous company with massive potential to continue to grow
You will be leading a team of both novice and experienced diesel mechanics on our 2nd Shift.
We are open to pay and open to hours at this time.
This is a vital role for us.
You will be engaged in
Training
Development of staff
Diesel Engine Repair
and some reporting for the leadership team.
