Description

ACERO Building Components located in Terrell, TX is in expansion and looking for a Stocker. HEAVY LIFTING is required. We offer health benefits, paid holidays and vacation, and a career path. Work Schedule: This position will begin as a part-time role for the remainder of the year, with scheduled hours Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Beginning in the new year, the role will transition to a full-time position. Job Summary: The general laborer position requires cleaning, the assemble and disassemble of crates/pallets, stacking wood to be stacked into bundles, secured, strapped, all this for order fulfillment. He/She will work in more than one working station. Bonus: A $0.25/hour shift differential is provided for all second shift hours worked. Essential Responsibilities * Cleaning. * Assemble and disassemble of pallets and/or crates. * Strapping Bundles. * Product inspection. * Cleaning the workstation. * Other duties as assigned. Safety Requirements * Steel-toe boots * Cut resistant gloves * Safety glasses. * Uniform Physical Requirements Activity Percentage Standing / Walking 100% Lifting of up to 60lbs 50-75% Bending 75 - 100% Use of both hands, arms and shoulders 75 - 100% Environment * Non-Climate Control. * Fast-paced environment.
