  Due to continued Business Growth & AI/DX Transformation, Aisin Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking motivated, qualified professionals with strong interpersonal & technical skills to join our team in a fast-paced & highly automated facility.   2nd shift – TPM Maintenance Technician   Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 / hr (+$1.00 /hr Shift Differential) Work Hours: 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. M-F à weekend rotation plan ensuring a                                                                                  strong work/life balance. Essential Functions: * Safely complete all job tasks assigned by supervision. * Complete daily, weekly, monthly check sheets on production equipment. * Read and record various operating parameters (temperature, pressure, fluid level...) * Check and refill lubricant levels as needed. * Complete scheduled cleaning and lubrication of machines. * Measure and adjust concentration levels in machining centers and part washers. * Replace and recycle coolants. * Inspect and identify potential electrical and mechanical problems before downtime occurs. * Perform minor machine adjustments and repairs. * Report potential downtime concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor. Job Requirements: * Candidates will be expected to Advance in the Maintenance Training Program which includes availability for online and traditional training courses. TPM is an upward mobility position. * Self-starting “Hands on” team player. * Mechanical aptitude. * Prior education of pneumatics / hydraulics. * Working knowledge in the use of hand tools * Work with minimum supervision after initial training. * Basic computer skills.  (Email, Excel, Word, CMMS software.)   High school diploma or equivalent is required.
