Description Shift & Schedule Monday – Friday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Full-time position Overtime as required Position Summary Responsible for gathering dimensions for customer orders during second shift using forklifts and a pallet dimensioning machine Work alternates between dimensioning/wrapping, truck loading, and order staging, depending on order readiness Emphasis on consistent pace, accuracy, and discipline Position requires hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) throughout the entire shipping process Primary Job Duties Dimensioning/Wrapping Operate a stand up forklift to move pallets onto the dimensioning machine to prepare for shipping Accurately report pallet dimensions and weight Use handheld scanners throughout the dimensioning process Prepare dimensioned pallets on shrink wrap machines Stage orders accordingly onto staging racks that go up to 30 ft high Maintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectations Shipping Prepare orders ready to ship out by attaching corresponding shipping labels and BOLs Load trucks alternating from daily swaps to live loads Log all shipping data to keep record of shipments General Warehouse Duties Accommodate and carefully handle merchandise Lift and move products weighing up to approximately 50 lbs Operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks Enter data into inventory and logistics systems as required Report inaccuracies observed during the shipping process Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain a consistent work pace Willingness to follow procedures and safety guidelines Ability to cross train with the packing team to help during downtime with regular tasks Preferred Experience Warehouse experience Shipping experience Experience using handheld scanners Stand-Up forklift experience Sit-Down forklift experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods Comfortable operating equipment at height (cherry picker)
