What you'll do: Be the quarterback on the warehouse floor, overseeing efficient and accurate picking, palletizing and loading of customer orders. Partner with the Warehouse Supervisor to boost team productivity and create a positive, motivated work environment. Ensure the safe operation of warehouse equipment (forklifts & pallet jacks) during loading and unloading. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, prioritizing safety procedures at all times. Ensure accurate order fulfillment and outbound shipment loading. Collaborate with your team to keep processes flowing smoothly and efficiently.
