Description

A 60+m, high performance sailing yacht is looking for an experienced 2nd Stew. This is an exciting, well reputed, world cruising program with a mix of racing and private owner trips. The position is to start by end November latest. Winter season is a mixture of racing and cruising trips in the Caribbean, followed by the US east Coast and then the Pacific. This is a private program, and runs with 2 Stews in the interior. The owners often come alone, but sometimes host up to 6 guests. The boat is used around 3-4 times a year for around 4-6 weeks. Candidates will ideally come from a sailing yacht background, and have a min 1 year experience The owners enjoy a high standard of service, and are adventurous and active. The boat sails regularly and there are some longer passages ahead, therefore a keen interest and love for sailing will be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to join a unique and world travelling program. Responsibilities

The 2nd Stew will assist in providing high standards of service to the owners and guests aboard the yacht. Responsibilities include managing the interior alongside another stew and ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.
