We’re looking for someone who shares that passion to join our Flaghship Pitt Street Boutique team located in the heart of the Sydney, CBD. Flexibility is key – this casual role requires a minimum of 3 days per week (approximately 24 hours), (Monday - Wednesday availabillity is ideal) including a Saturday or Sunday shift. Additional hours may be available based on business needs. What you’ll do: Welcome customers and share your love of coffee. Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge. Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences. Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer. Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld. Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every shift.
