JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible van driver to deliver kitchen worktops and cupboards in the Haydock area. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving and a good knowledge of the local area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Category B Driving Licence
• No more than 6 endorsement points
• Experience in delivery driving
• Ability to handle and transport heavy items
• Must have the ability to park the van outside your own house
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Must be 25 years old for insurance purposes

• Safely operate a 3.5T low loader van to deliver goods to various locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Load and unload items, performing heavy lifting as necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff and clients regarding delivery schedules.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and assist in warehouse tasks when required.
