Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS BASED ON THE CORE HOURS OF 07:00AM TO 16:00PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

KCS Education are looking for a punctual and reliable individual to join their team as a 3.5T Multidrop Driver! The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering educational supplies to customers across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Conduct pre-journey vehicle checks and report any defects to the Transport Manager or authorised deputy
  • Comply with road transport legislation, including EU driver hours, tachograph rules, and working time regulations
  • Inform the Transport Manager of any changes to your driving licence, endorsements, or medical conditions that may affect your ability to drive
  • Deliver orders to customers according to their instructions, while maintaining service standards
  • Complete all delivery paperwork accurately, report discrepancies, and provide customer feedback during debriefs
