If you're a solutions-driven, passionate change-maker, come join us in positively impacting the lives of millions of people world-wide for a better future. وظایف و مسئولیت ها: برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل کلینیک ومراجعین ، احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم ومطابعت از ان اجرا وتطبیق پروگرام های جدید انکشافی سهم گیری درترینینگ ها و انتقال دانش آموخته شده به سایر کارمندان مرکزصحی مطابق به پلان تریننگ مرکزصحی پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین طبی وضع شده درمرکز صحی مسؤل تطبیق خدمات معافیتی مطابق به تقسیم اوقات جلسات مرکزثابت fix) (و دوررس outreach به گروپ های مورد هدف مطلع بودن از رهنمائی های جدید ملی در رابطه به پروگرام های EPI رعایت دقیق و مراقبت از زنجیر سرد, مراقبت و کنترول دقیق درجه حرارت یخچال مطابق به اساسات EPI تهیه وتقویه خدمات معافیتی در جامعه برای گروپ های مورد هدف از طریق مرکز ثابت وبرنامه های out reach تامین راجستر دقیق فعالیت های مرکز ثابت و دوررس ، تهیه راپور های ماهوارو در دسترس قرار دادن ارقام لازمه جهت توحید به راپور های HMIS ترتیب و تنظیم برنامه های outreach واشتراک در کمپاین های NIDs حفظ و مراقبت از واکسین و وسایل مربوط به شعبه واکسین و رعایت دقیق ستندرد های وقایه از انتان . اشتراک در پروسه تعلیمات صحی دسته جمعی و انفرادی, رسانیدن پیام های اساسی صحی به مراجعین و دربین جامعه به گروپ های مورد هدف تشویق و ترغیب مردم جهت تطبیق برنامه EPI برخورد نیک و ایجاد فضای اعتماد با مراجعین همکاری با سایر بخش های مرکزصحی اشتراک فعال در پروگرام های متکی به جامعه و ایجاد همکاری با کارکنان صحی جامعه ارتقآ سطح دانش مسلکی ذریعه مطالعه روزمره رهنمود های ملی معافیت کتلوی فراهم نمودن راپور های ماهوار ستاك , مصرف و درخواست مرکزصحی براى واكسين. اطاعت از آمر مافوق و اوامر مربوطه در اجراى هر نوع وظايف رسمى توظيف شده. همکاری درزرقیات،خانه پوری کارت های IMCI برای مریضان مسول گزارشدهی وقوع امراض مورد هدف EPI و واقعات ناگوار بعد از واکسین سهم گیری فعال درتطبیق ستندرد های جدید بهبود کیفیت مهارتهای مسلکی: داشتن سند فراغت از صنف 12 و داشتن تصدیق نامه آموزش واکسیناتور تائید شده وزارت صحت عامه تجربه کاری مرتبط: داشتن تصدیق نامه تائید شده واکسیناتور کافی است تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور (پشتو ودری) و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS All International Rescue Committee workers must adhere to the core values and principles outlined in IRC Way - Standards for Professional Conduct.
