We are a Christian School seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. • Implementing curriculum and plan daily activities that are developmentally appropriate.
• Model Christian values to children and other staff members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents through Daily interaction, reports, and Newsletter
• Log and write incident reports as needed
• Guide students in gaining social skills, faith, motor skills, independence, and essential cognitive skills for preschool
• Follow guidelines established by the Department of Health, and ELC to meet curricular and age-appropriate practices
• Appropriately supervise children while keeping them safe at all times
• Assist children with activities of daily life (e.g., washing hands, eating)
