SKILL, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • Must demonstrate expert knowledge in SharePoint (SharePoint sites Design and Development, SharePoint Permissions Management, SharePoint Workflows, SharePoint Document Management, SharePoint Content Management).
  • Must demonstrate expert knowledge in IKM and Information Management.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge in Business and Data Analytics (Data Analysis, KPIs and Metrics, Reporting, Surveys and Feedback Tools).
  • Experience in User Experience (UX) and Design (Designing SharePoint interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.)
  • 3 years experience in IKM, SharePoint, Data Analytics, User Experience (UX) and Design.
  • Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years).
  • Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team.
  • Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving.
  • Motivated, good communication skills, team player.
Responsibilities
  • Propose a SharePoint design to record JISRC expected information.
  • Retrieve expected information from Information holders.
  • Implement expected information for JISRC staff and internal stakeholders on NR SharePoint.
  • Implement expected information for external stakeholders on NS SharePoint.
  • Propose a process to maintain IKM information (including a RACI table, IKM standards, required metadata, and process to incorporate lessons learned).
  • Develop a training for JISRC staff.
  • Develop a flyer for External Customers.
  • Propose and implement KPIs to assess the benefit (e.g. number likes, number of access to a document/information, staff survey).
  • Provide KPIs.
