310T MECHANIC / AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 40–45 hours/week | Occasional weekends as needed
Willowbrook Nurseries, a leader in the wholesale nursery and greenhouse industry, is looking for a certified 310T Mechanic or experienced Agricultural Equipment Technician who brings more than just technical skills to the table. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of their work while helping maintain and improve the performance of our diverse fleet and equipment.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, tractors, and nursery/agricultural equipment
• Take a lead role in daily shop operations: assign work, track repairs, manage service timelines
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent breakdowns as needed
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and well-organized following 5S principles
• Work with suppliers and contractors to source parts and manage service requests
• Use diagnostic tools (e.g., Mitchell on Demand, Autel) to troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Support a team-focused, respectful environment where communication is open and honest
• Contribute ideas to improve equipment uptime, shop flow, and overall efficiency
