QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL:
· Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician certification.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in diesel engine mechanics, specifically with trucks and coaches.
· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in diesel engine repair is a plus.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for long periods.

· Drivability Technician who can diagnose issues
· Perform thorough inspections and diagnostics on diesel engines, identifying faults and issues.
· Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components, including but not limited to fuel systems, engine rebuilds, electrical systems, DPF/SCR and exhaust systems.
· Carry out routine and preventive maintenance, such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and filter replacements, following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
· Use diagnostic tools and software efficiently to accurately identify and resolve issues.
· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
· Keep detailed records of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
· Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with Fleet Manager, explaining diagnoses and needed repairs clearly and professionally.
· Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
