Description

Role Purpose: Bridges and codes data into IQVIA System systems. Principal Accountabilities: Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes. Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files. Interprets written responses and enter into electronic coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems. Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission. Develops an understanding of the technical knowledge needed to code and bridge data. Answers queries from less experienced colleagues. Perform functions as directed by the supervisor/team leader. Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required: Bachelors’ degree or equivalent required; experience in data coding is a plus Knowledge of Philippines pharmaceutical products is an advantage. Good interpersonal and communications skills Ability to work in a team environment, to follow directions accurately and to work under time constraints and changing work volumes. Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters. Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills. PC literacy skills including Word and Excel.
