QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
To demonstrate People management skills.
Proven ability to train, develop.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to increase sales
Demonstrate sound commercial and brand awareness.
Proven ability to drive and maintain exceptional customer service standards
EXPERIENCE
Proven strong performance within a store role ideally in the apparel industry. Ideally a Key Holder before and technical proficiency with systems.

Develop –sales team through training and product knowledge

Bring to life The Golf Apparel Shop Core Values – Protect, Explore & Inspire
Support in terms of cashing up the tills, be able to follow the banking procedures and all other administrational duties
Be able to lock up the store at night and take responsibility to ensure everything is secure before leaving the store
