The Role As an HR Executive, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for executive and administrative roles and support the full employment cycle, from onboarding to re-appointments, confirmations, and offboarding. You will keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate, our records clean, and our processes compliant while contributing to HR improvements and projects. This is a detail-driven, service-oriented role for someone who enjoys making operations seamless and stakeholders supported. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment: Post jobs, screen applications, and coordinate interviews for full-time and contingent workforce. Maintain ATS: Ensure timely, accurate records and status updates throughout the recruitment process. Support full employment cycle: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, re-appointments, and confirmations in line with policy and process. Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to HR policies, Singapore employment laws, and fair employment guidelines. Improve processes: Support HR initiatives and projects to streamline workflows and enhance stakeholder experience. Handle administrative tasks: Manage employee records, business card printing, and other day-to-day HR operations. Support any other HR-related tasks as required. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of HR experience with working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and fair employment guidelines. Strong organisational skills; meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Adaptive and resourceful with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office; familiar with ATS platforms. Bonus Points For Experience hiring in higher education, public sector, or innovation environments.
