To provide Admin support for student related processes including documentation, preparation and collation of students' data using Monday.com platform, onboarding students and other processes To support in Curriculum management for students' results and courses’ updates via Canvas To provide admin support for various ad-hoc student-related events and classes To maintain Student feedback management To liaise with external vendors for visa and insurance, etc. To build relationship with key partners and stakeholders such as NUS faculties and schools involved in the various initiatives and programmes administered by the office To be trained on the job to manage and use the internal students' record systems via EduRec To follow up with students' enquiries and any academic related matters University degree with at least 5 years working experience Mature disposition to manage internal and external stakeholders confidently Experience in administrative support role Good English communication skills, both written and verbal Meticulous and attention to details Highly organised and able to multi-task Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, AI tools and savvy with web applications and software etc. Please be informed that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
