EDUCATION:

Doctorate
OR-Masters + 2 years of directly related experience
OR-Bachelors + 4 years of directly related experience
OR-Associates + 8 years of directly related experience
OR -High school/GED + 10 years o directly related experience.
Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Material Management and/or Business Administration educational background.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in areas such as Demand & Supply Planning, Capacity Assessment & Analysis, Detailed Scheduling, Manufacturing industry and Project Management
• Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to clearly and effectively present information
• Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with multiple functional areas
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
• Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative
• Fully bilingual
