Location: Brampton, ON (In-Person with Travel Across GTA)

Salary: $42,500–$65,000 per year + Commission

We’re currently seeking a 360 Desk Account Manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from new business development to client servicing and candidate delivery.

JOB SUMMARY

As a 360 Account Manager, you’ll act as both sales lead and recruitment expert. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business, nurturing client relationships, and fulfilling staffing needs through effective recruitment strategies. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years of full-desk/360 recruitment or staffing agency experience
Proven B2B sales success and account management skills
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Willingness to travel across GTA for client meetings (70% travel expected)

Responsibilities
  • Business Development
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, client visits, and networking (50+ calls/day expected)
  • Set up and attend in-person client meetings across the GTA
  • Negotiate service agreements and close new business opportunities
  • Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide consultative staffing solutions based on client needs
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Recruitment
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for active job orders
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters and manage candidate pipelines
  • Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and performance follow-up
  • Administrative & CRM
  • Maintain accurate client/candidate records using CRM systems
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and contribute to business growth strategies
