JOB DESCRIPTION:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented 360 Media Direct Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by selling integrated media solutions, including digital, print, radio, and TV.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and a passion for delivering innovative advertising solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in media sales, preferably in 360-degree or integrated media solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media platforms, and traditional media.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Driving license is a must
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients across various industries.
  • Present and promote 360-degree media solutions, including digital, TV, print and radio
  • Understand client needs and create customized advertising packages to achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics regularly to management.
