We are looking to recruit a skilled 360 Excavator Operator for our well established client in the local area based on a day shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the 360 excavator and to assist in various projects on site. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations, the ability to dig efficiently, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a 360 Excavator Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery.
• Valid 360 licence is essential.
• Ability to dig accurately according to project specifications and plans.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on site.
  This role will be based on a shift pattern of four on and four off and will incude working weekends :-

• Operate 360 excavators and other heavy machinery for digging, lifting, and move materials on site.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
