ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a 360-Degree Recruiter to join Dawaam. In this entrepreneurial role, you will be given a few initial clients to work with, but the focus will be on bringing in your own clients and managing the full recruitment cycle. This is a self-employed opportunity where you will be your own boss, supported by our infrastructure, network, and resources.
We offer one of the best commission structures in the market — up to 70% of the invoice value — giving you the freedom to significantly increase your earnings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process — from business development to candidate sourcing and placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with your own portfolio of clients.
• Work on the roles provided by Dawaam while actively bringing in new business.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure high-quality matches for client needs.
• Negotiate offers, manage the hiring process, and ensure smooth onboarding.
