We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to manage the full recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including understanding client needs, sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talent. Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the right fit for client positions. Work collaboratively with clients to define their recruitment strategies and provide tailored solutions. Keep detailed records and updates in our recruitment management system to maintain an organized recruitment process. Provide excellent customer service and support to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role or similar. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
