They are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team and take ownership of client relationships and candidate delivery on a global scale. You’ll lead the full recruitment process – from client engagement through to candidate placement – in a collaborative, international environment that values expertise, autonomy, and integrity. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international executive-level roles Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence Take detailed client briefs and translate them into structured search strategies Conduct international market mapping and competitor analysis to identify top talent Source, engage, and qualify senior candidates across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas Present shortlists and market intelligence to clients with a consultative, data-driven approach Coordinate and manage the interview process, offer negotiation, and onboarding Maintain up-to-date records on ATS and CRM systems, ensuring high standards of data integrity Provide strategic hiring advice to clients based on market trends and talent insights Qualifications and Experience 3–5 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or executive search role, preferably in international markets Strong track record of placing mid to senior-level candidates across various regions Exceptional client management and business development skills Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen and professional presentation skills A home-based setup including: Laptop / PC Reliable, high-speed internet connection Professional, distraction-free working environment
